Yearly Sports Performance Training Blocks:
January-May (club volleyball season): open registration for all athletes who do not already have S&C included in their fees.
June-August: Summer s&c. 1:1 personal training re-opens
September-October: Pre-tryout s&c training
November-December: Pre-season s&c training
