2027 KIVA Lexington Winter Short Season

WHO: Athletes 1^st - 10^th Grade

WHAT:

• This is an introduction to club volleyball
• Kids are evaluated over the course of a 3 day camp and placed on teams based on their age and skill level
• Teams are only 9-11 athletes and have ONE adult KIVA coach the entire season
• Practices are master trained by a Program Director
• They compete in 4 local tournaments
• All practices held at KIVA

• December 28 (Evaluation Night) 
• January 4 (Evaluation Night) 
• January 11 (Evaluation Night) 
• January 18
• January 25
• February 1
• February 8 
• February 22
• March 1

Practice Times:

k-5th Grade ~ 4-5:30pm 

6-10th Grade ~ 5:30-7PM. 

Tournament Schedule:

• February 13 & 14 - Super Slam in Louisville, KY 
• March 13 & 14 - Thoroughbred Challenge in Louisville, KY 

***The tournament schedules are not released until typically the Wednesday before the tournament. With that being said you will not receive the times that your child will play until this time. However, plan to be there the majority of the day as these events are all day tournaments. ***
